Every shoot is a little different, but booking it shouldn’t be a headache. This is where you can see my main automotive and product shoot options and start the process of getting your own photos on the calendar.

The Process

 

1.  Reach Out!

 

Fill out the quick form to share the basics. Once I’ve got that, I’ll send over a short questionnaire to dive into the details—like your preferred locations, dates, inspiration, and any special requests. This way, we can keep things simple up front while still making sure your shoot is perfectly planned and accurately priced.

 

 

2.  Planning Time!

Once you’ve completed the questionnaire, I’ll send you a Calendly link to schedule a call or in-person meeting. During this meeting, we will go over the full game plan for your photoshoot. Afterward, I’ll provide a contract and invoice for the deposit to secure your date.

 

 

3.  Picture Time!

Once everything is signed and ready to go, it’s picture time! We’ll head to the carefully chosen locations, bring our ideas to life, and capture stunning shots that reflect your vision—making the most of every moment behind the lens.

 

 

4.  Delivering Photos

 

This is where it gets good! After our shoot, allow for turnaround time listed on your shoot type. I will reach out when your photos are done and plan a day to meet up!


When we meet up post shoot we will go over your photos in person and go over print options. You will be able to design your prints with me and see examples of sizes and styles in person!


Your images will then be uploaded to a personalized online gallery or flash drive, the choice is yours. The online gallery will be available for 3 Months, during which you can download the files. The photos will still be available after this period, however, I recommend downloading them immediately.

Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?

Travel within an hour is included.

Travel within a 1-6 hour round trip drive will be booked at $25/hr.

Travel overnight or long distance will need to contact me first.

This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?

First shoot? No worries — I’ll guide you through the entire process! We’ll chat beforehand so you know exactly what to expect, from choosing the right location and outfits to how we’ll pose and capture each shot. My goal is to make you feel comfortable, confident, and have fun while we create images you’ll love. You just bring yourself/your car — I’ll handle the rest.

What happens if the weather is unfavourable for an outdoor shoot?

If the weather isn’t cooperating for an outdoor shoot, we have options! We can reschedule to the next available date that works for you, move the session to an indoor or covered location, or adjust the timing to work around the conditions. My goal is to make sure you get the best possible photos, so we’ll always find a solution that works.
